About HISUKOY

WHO WE ARE
HISUKOY designs and manufactures aluminum and PE rattan outdoor furniture for hotels, resorts, and private patios.

We build furniture that has to survive a container crossing an ocean, then years of sun, salt air, and hotel use. Every set is engineered around that reality – from frame gauge to carton construction. It is not glamorous work, but it is the reason our products are still standing years after the showroom photos were taken.

BUILT FOR COMMERCIAL USE

We build to commercial standards – not the thin-gauge steel and soft foam used in budget patio furniture.

Frames are carbon steel with 0.7mm wall thickness, powder-coated for salt-spray resistance. Rattan is 10×0.9mm UV-stabilized PE. Cushions are 180gsm waterproof polyester over foam that is vacuum-compressed for shipping. Glass is 0.5mm tempered, black or clear. Nothing here is specified for a showroom – it is specified for a decade of outdoor use.

ONE FACTORY, ONE SUPPLIER

Design, production, and quality control sit under one roof.

No broker chains and no disappearing suppliers. When you need a replacement part two years after your first order, the factory that made your furniture is still the one answering your email. That continuity is the difference between a supplier and a one-time transaction. Every order is handled by the same factory team that builds the furniture. Replacement parts, custom configurations, and container planning stay available for the life of your property.

BUILT TO SURVIVE THE FREIGHT

220lb cartons and vacuum-compressed cushions.

We do not treat sustainability as a slogan – we treat it as a freight and waste problem to solve.

Every set ships in a 220lb double-wall carton, engineered for sea freight rather than parcel handling. Cushions are vacuum-compressed, so more units fit per container – which means lower freight cost per piece and fewer trucks on the road for the same volume. Less damage in transit also means fewer returns and less waste. Vacuum compression means more units per container, which means fewer containers and less fuel for the same volume of furniture. Less damage in transit means fewer returns and less waste.
