1. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to describe our outdoor furniture accurately, including materials, dimensions and finishes. Colours may vary slightly between production batches. Where a product is made to order or supplied in bulk, specifications may be confirmed in writing before shipment.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment must be received in full before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.

3. Orders and Trade Enquiries

Retail orders may be placed directly through the website. Trade, project and bulk orders are handled by quotation: contact us for container pricing, lead times and custom requirements.

4. Shipping, Returns and Cancellations

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Warranty

Our products are covered against manufacturing defects. Replacement parts are available after purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, extreme weather events, or unauthorised modification.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
